Associated with the construction of every new customer space are installations that vary from building standards. Based on our experience, we can anticipate the types of items that will require special attention, and by categorizing and discussing them here, we can help you avoid unnecessary delays and surprises. The following are issues that you will want to consider prior to move-in:
Information Systems - Contact and coordinate with your IS provider early. Depending on the system, special conduit and/or electrical or location requirements, different from building standard, may exist. It is a good idea to review the IS installation shown on the final working drawings with the provider as early as possible.
Heavy Equipment - Especially heavy equipment, such as concentrated files or bookcases may exceed the load limits of the floors. Prior to moving any such equipment, please contact the Property Management office.
