Common Area Housekeeping
All common area lobbies, loading docks, stairwells, egress routes from premises and corridors, etc. must remain clear and free of debris at all times. Storage (temporary or otherwise) of furniture, rubbish, deliveries, or equipment in these areas is strictly prohibited. Any such items found in common areas will be assumed abandoned and will be removed by Boston Properties at the customer's cost.
