It has been Boston Properties’ experience that effective communications between our Property Management office and our customers will prevent the vast majority of problems during and after a move. Your point of contact at Boston Properties will be the Property Manager, and all questions, concerns, and/or requests should be directed to his/her attention. Likewise, Boston Properties requests that our customers appoint one person as their Move Coordinator. The Move Coordinator will be responsible for all communications with Boston Properties during the move. Please email the Property Manager with the name and contact information of your Move Coordinator as well as the name of an alternate in case of illness, vacations, etc.
